A metal molding method, a metal molding machine, and a metal molded body, where a die having a molding space (3) with a predetermined shape and a metal body lead-in space (12) communicating with the space for molding are used to form a molded body with a predetermined shape. The molding is made by supplying, under a predetermined pressure, a metal body inserted in the metal body lead-in space to the molding space. Structures of the metal body are molded into microstructures by shear-deformation applied when the metal body is supplied from the metal body lead-in space to the molding space.
