A cup holder device for a vehicle is provided to prevent beverage from flowing over from a cup even when the vehicle travels along a slope or unpaved road surface. A cup holder device(1) for a vehicle, comprises a cup holder case(2), a plurality of fixing pin members, a cup holder(11), and a cup holder support ball(9). The cup holder case has a recessed shape corresponding to the shape of a cup. The fixing pin members are arranged on an upper inner wall of the cup holder case so that the fixing pin members are elastically supported by a spring(8) and receive force for permitting the fixing pin members to be inwardly projected. The cup holder is accommodated in the cup holder case, and has an outer wall supported by the fixing pin members, and a bottom surface(14) with a hemi-spherical shape. The cup holder support ball is arranged on a center of a hemi-spherical bottom surface(4) of the cup holder case by a screw shaft(10) so as to contact and support the hemi-spherical bottom surface of the cup holder.
