At one end of a channel section (1) used as a facade anchorage are pairs of holes (5) in its out-turned flanges (4) and at the other end is a slot (6) through the base (2). The slot is enclosed by a raised surface (9) with grooves (8) across it. Interlocking with these grooves are similar grooves across a washer (11) through which passes an anchorage bolt (7). Alternative designs are given. USE/ADVANTAGE - Channel section facade anchorage member. When the bolt is adjusted along the slot. the washer does not need to be removed.
