A structure for fixing a tub of a drum-type washing machine is provided to easily fix the tub and reduce the production cost by placing the fixing member between the cabinet and the tub, and combining the bolt member at the screw hole of the tub. A structure for fixing a tub of a drum-type washing machine is composed of: plural insertion grooves(14) formed at a cabinet fixing hole(12) of the washing machine; and a supporting protrusion(32) formed at one end of a hollow fixing member(30) with numbers corresponding to the insertion grooves so as to pass through the insertion groove. The fixing member is combined with a bolt member(40) to pass through the fixing hole and the insertion groove. The supporting protrusion is rotated to escape from the insertion groove area and placed between a cabinet(10) and the tub. The fixing member is fixed between the cabinet and the tub as the bolt member is combined at the screw hole of the tub, and the position of the tub is fixed.
