<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver alloy to constitute a reflecting layer which is functional without degrading the reflectance even during a long-term use. <P>SOLUTION: The silver alloy for the reflecting film contains indium and tin as additional elements, and the balance silver, and a part of or the entire of indium and tin as the additional elements are subjected to internal oxidation. The concentration of the additional elements is preferably 0.1-2.0 wt.%, and degradation of the reflectance can be suppressed in this range. Further, considering the thermal conductivity of the reflecting layer, the concentration of the additional elements is further limited to be 0.1-0.5 wt.% to form the reflecting layer of the high thermal conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
