PURPOSE:To provide a sufficient width for a space for ventilation of an attic which is provided between the outer wall and the eaves ceiling and effectively prevent living things such as birds from getting into the attic through said space. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of supporters 22 each having a protrusion 22a projecting into a space X of an eaves ceiling are provided on members 18, 20 facing the space. And a string-like body 26 is supported by the protrusions across the whole length of the space. Further the body 26 is located near the center of the space in its width direction and the body 26 is tightened to a tension such that, even when the body 26 is pressed by a bird, the width of the space divided by the body 26 is not made larger than a predetermined width. As a result, living things such as birds can be effectively prevented from getting in, while the space X can be made sufficiently large. |
