POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT IN IC CHIP FOR NON-CONTACT IC CARD

摘要

A power supply circuit in an IC chip for a non-contact IC card is provided to have a small capacitance of a smoothing capacitor even if a frequency of a reader/writer is low and offer easiness to be installed to the IC chip. A diode rectifies output voltage of an antenna. A serial transistor(11) is inserted into an output side of the diode. The smoothing capacitor is connected to a base of the serial transistor. The smoothing capacitor has the capacitance of pF(pico Faraday) unit and is attained through parasitic capacitance of the circuit.
