PURPOSE:To form a fireproof coating through a process of thick spraying of gun-spraying and hardening a mixed paste material obtained by adding water to a mixture consisting of a hydraulic inorganic adhesive agent, rock wool and fibrous hydrous magnesium silicate. CONSTITUTION:As a wet spray material for fireproof coating, water is added to a mixture consisting of a hydraulic inorganic adhesive agent selected from a group comprising portland cement and gypsum, rock wool, and 0.5-10wt.% fibrous hydrous magnesium silicate to the total solid and mixing the same to make a paste material. At this time, it is possible to use 10-30wt.% rock wool and 40-85wt.% hydraulic inorganic adhesive agent to the total solid. The thus formed spraying material is sprayed to a surface to be treated by a spray gun and then hardened. Thus, fireproof coating can be formed by spraying excellently in work efficiency by using wet spray material which does not use asbestos at all. |
