A heat treatment apparatus for a polymer heat emitting product having a constant resistance is disclosed in which a plurality of metal disks are fixed on a rotation shaft which is rotated at a predetermined speed by an external rotation force, thereby processing the products placed between the disks in three times the amount of conventional heat treatment, as compared with the prior art.
