PURPOSE:To prevent inclination of ceramic patching plate and to hold sealing between the ceramic patching plate and cooling drum end face under good condition by fitting the ceramic patching plate in a guide hole of the base plate with projected part. CONSTITUTION:The guide hole 5 is arranged on the base plate 2 and the ceramic patching plate 1 is made to a shape plating the projected part 4 inserting into the guide hole 5 and the projected part 4 in the ceramic patching plate 1 is inserted into the guide hole 5. Therefore, even if the ceramic patching plate 1 is intended to incline by receiving unbalanced load caused by biting burr, etc., between the ceramic patching plate 1 and the cooling drum 15, the ceramic patching plate 1 is not inclined. Therefore, the gap between end surface of the cooling drum 15 and the ceramic patching plate 1 is not developed and the sealing of pouring basin part is maintained, and the penetration and leakage of the molten metal are prevented. |
