PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and sturdy plastic tray which can be sterilized for cooking and delivered. SOLUTION: Plastic trays on which pouches or the like are charged on a lattice-form receive plate face 2 having a number of sashes 3 combined to form crosses, are superposed in a plurality of stages and put in a retort sterilization device or the like to cook and sterilize food. Respective lattice-form receive plate faces 2 are reinforced by braced reinforcing pieces 4 extended at the rear face side and provided with a frame body 5 vertically projected to cover the peripheral edge of the receive plate face 2 and provided with apertures at every appropriate distance. And clearances are formed by L-shaped corners 7 erected at four outer peripheral corners of the frame body 5 and a plurality of projections 8. Accordingly, spray like steam can be evenly jetted out of these clearances. |
