PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for cutting external ornamental parts with which external ornamental parts such as tape or bundled band can be easily cut without damaging a wire. SOLUTION: A jig 11 is composed of a main body having a handle 12 on the side of one terminal part and a pair of branch arms 13 and 14 branched in the shape of U at a top end part and a cutter 16 provided at the branching sections of these branch arms 13 and 14.
