Frame and locking means for portable shuttering panel

The frame for a coffering panel incorporates a perimeter metal plate aligned with holes for the passage of bolts connecting panels. Each of the holes has an intermediate circular section and two radially extended opposite end sectors. The width of the end sectors is substantially less than the diameter of the intermediate sector. The bolt (5) is made from a link pin with a diameter equal to the circular sector and central holes. The bolt also has a transverse pin (8) located near one end, the other end having a head (7). Between the head and the pin is a longitudinal groove (9) where there is locking wedge (10). The bolt is subject to a gyrator movement of 90 deg. to become locked.
