A rotary actuator is provided to accurately and regularly keep a rotation angle of a rotation table and easily assemble and disassemble the actuator. In a rotary actuator, a cylinder body(20) includes two cylinders parallel to each other. A plurality of pistons reciprocates to the opposed directions in each cylinder and forms racks at the opposed sides. A rotation axis(31) rotates with being engaged with the racks between the plurality of pistons. A rotation body(30) has a rotation table extending from the rotation axis to the exterior of the cylinder body. And a fixing unit(40) rotatably fixes the rotation body at the cylinder body. |
