<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device for a vehicle which is capable of quickly discharging the gas generated in a battery cell due to an abnormal state of a battery to the outside from a vehicle, when a fault occurs in a function which monitors the abnormality in the battery. SOLUTION: A battery ECU 6 detects an abnormal; state of a battery, based on voltage data and temperature data and controls a ventilating fan 16 and inside/outside change-over valve 18. In addition, when the ECU 6 detects the occurrence of an abnormality, such as a short circuit of a sensor, etc., where the abnormal state of the battery is unable to detect, the ECU 6 actuates the fan 16 and switches the valve 18 to the outside position. Even if the abnormal state of the battery repeatedly occurs after the monitored abnormal occurrence, the gas generated from a battery can be quickly discharged to the outside from a vehicle.</p> |
