PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of assembling man-hour and to eliminate the unevenness of the installing position accuracy practically, and furthermore, to remarkably improve the sealing property with an opening. SOLUTION: Along the edge of a glass 10 provided accurately on a first mould 12, an adhesive is applied to the edge and a forming groove 13. (1) A foaming material is applied in the forming groove 13 at the glass peripheral part at the outer side of the applied adhesive. (2) Then, the adhesive and the foaming material applied to the glass 10 are formed by connecting a second mould 14 having a frame 15 to the first mould 12. (3) Those moulds are heated in the condition pressing in the vertical direction. (4) A sun roof 16 is taken out by removing the first mould and the second mould. (5) Since a fixed form seal is not used, the number of assembly man-hour can be reduced, and the unevenness of the installing position accuracy can be eliminated. And since a foaming body having an adequate softness is formed at the adhesive part with the opening, the sealing property is remarkably improved. |
