PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining bag which sufficiently satisfies a draining property by using a perforation sheet which includes fibrous materials containing an antimicrobial mildewproofing agent consisting of a metal salt of an organic compound and is formed on machine wires. SOLUTION: A web including the fibrous materials containing the antimicrobial mildewproofing agent consisting of the metal salt of the organic compound is formed by wet process paper making using the machine wires partially subjected to filling. Water pressure flow is applied from above to the web over the machine wires and is simultaneously sucked under the wires, by which the perforation sheet provided with perforations at the web is formed. The draining bag is formed by using such perforation sheet. The draining bag is formed by imparting the antimicrobial mildewproofing agent composition composed of the antimicrobial mildewproofing agent consisting of the metal salt of the organic compound and a water-insoluble high-polymer compound to the perforation sheet.
