PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for clothing for preventing hanging-wrinkles to clothing, such as pants, to be hung in a two-folded state for a long period and an attachment for hanging-wrinkle prevention adapted to be made combinable with the existing hanger for clothing without a change. SOLUTION: This hanger 1 for clothing is a hanger of a type having a hanging rail 3 for the pants, etc., to be hung with the clothing, such as pants, in the two-folded state. The hanger for clothing described above has a hanging- wrinkle preventive means 6 which has a hanging contact surface for the pants, etc., consisting of a curved surface relatively large in the radius of curvature over approximately the overall length in the longitudinal direction of the hanging rail for the hanging rail, etc., to increase the contact surface of the pants, etc., in a hanging state and is provided with at least one stock layer consisting of a woven fabric, nonwoven fabric or synthetic resin, etc., having buffering and friction properties on the hanging contact surface for the pants, etc. This attachment for hanging-wrinkle prevention is constituted in such a manner that the hanging-wrinkle preventive means can be freely attachably and detachably mounted at the existing hanger for clothing.
