<p>Soft magnetic alloy powder for an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet, which has a sufficiently large magnetic loss term (νξ') even in a high-frequency band, and which is excellent in the electromagnetic wave absorbing performance in a high-frequency band of over 100 MHz, and an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet and a method for manufacturing them. Soft magnetic alloy powder for a flat electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet, which has a magnetic loss term (νξ') improved drastically within a specific composition range in a Fe-Si alloy or a Fe-Ni alloy, and in which the electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristics excellent in the high-frequency band are delivered by optimizing conditions such as particle size, thickness and aspect ratio according to an alloy within the above composition range.</p> |
