PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely increase a cutting depth of a disk cutter. SOLUTION: A concentric internal gear is mounted on the disk cutter. The disk cutter provided with the internal gear is engaged with a pinion gear, and is supported by a plurality of members of the pinion gear, a two-flange rollers and a pressure roller.
