PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a heating temperature difference between the nearly center part and the nearly peripheral edge part of a resin-molded sheet. SOLUTION: A clamp heating mechanism 20 is arranged, at the edge part side of an opening A, on the lower face of a clamping frame 13a of a clamping mechanism 13 and the peripheral edge part of a resin-molded sheet S disposed on the upper face of the clamping frame 13a is heated by running a heated fluid which is heated under control at a specified temperature into a heated fluid passage 22 provided on the clamp heating mechanism 20. Further, the difference in temperature between the peripheral edge part and the nearly center part of the resin-molded sheet S heated by radiation heat to be outputted by an upper and a lower heater 14b and 15b. Thus it is possible to make a heat shrinkage level in the nearly center part of the resin-molded sheet S in a cooling step almost coincide with the heat shrinkage level at the peripheral edge part. Thus the warpage of moldings which is generated by the difference of the heat shrinkage level can be inhibited and consequently the high-quality moldings can be formed. |
