PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method and an analytical system which accurately determine a weldline creation phenomenon to be generated in a filling step to cast a molten material into a molding die and easily and rapidly study a weldline as well as a storage medium which stores a computer program for realizing such an analytical technique. SOLUTION: A fluid analysis of a molten material is performed based on an analytical form model for fluid analysis and a rotary analysis of an object is performed based on the results of the fluid analysis. Further, the angles of an orientation vector of the molten material obtained by the rotary analysis of the object and a fluid vector obtained by the fluid analysis are evaluated. Thus the analysis for forecasting the weldline is performed. |
