PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional frame compliant scroll compressor wherein compliant frame and a guide frame of the scroll compressor are engaged with relatively small clearance on two upper and lower cylindrical surfaces and the yield of parts is bad and it has bad assembling property. SOLUTION: The scroll compressor consists of a fixed scroll and an oscillating scroll mounted inside a closed case with their board-like scroll teeth engaged with each other to form a compressing room between them, a compliant frame, supporting the oscillating scroll in the axial direction and supporting the main shaft for driving the oscillating scroll in the radial direction, to be displaced in the axial direction, and a guide frame supporting the compliant frame in the radial direction. In the scroll compressor, the compliant frame is supported on the fixed scroll side by the fixed scroll in the radial direction, and supported on the opposite side by the guide frame in the radial direction.
