<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for heating evenly using a microwave oven whose stable leg part is easily formed simply by folding the tray partially, and to provide a food packaging body using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This relates to a roughly flat tray used for heating food placed thereon using a microwave oven, and is provided with a tray bottom face on which food is placed and a side face extending upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom face. The side face is provided with at least two roughly vertical breaks for legs and folding lines for legs connecting roughly each bottom end of both breaks. The leg part formed partially in a side face area surrounded by the break and the folding line is folded downward and outward through the folding line for bringing the same below the bottom face and for raising the bottom face by the same.
