According to the invention, complementary leads (22, 22', 23, 23', 32, 32', 33, 33', 42, 42', 43, 43') and differential amplifiers (21.1-21.n, 31.1-31.n, 41.1-41.n) are introduced in order to reduce the capacitive connection to the substrate.
