The technique and device serve to transmit adjustable power and information to a rotating device via an insulation transformer. Direct current power is transsferred without contact and insulated to different voltages at different times with a fixed or varied frequency. In the power transfer into the rotating device there is a control signal. The transfer is effected through two concentric coils via flyback or forward topology, using a fixed circular primary coil insulated via an inductance to a secondary rotary circular coil. |
