PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control the color change or fade, typically yellowing of a garment. SOLUTION: This garment packaging body is provided with a wet cleaned garment 1, a wrapping material 3 containing no oxidation inhibitor covering the periphery of the garment 1 and a storage box 2 in which the garment 1 covered with the material 3 is stored. By covering the periphery of the garment 1 with the material 3, nothing other than the material 3 directly contacts with the garment 1. The material 3 does not react with nitride in the atmosphere because it contains no oxidation inhibitor.
