PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved cover lid which is fixed to an opening on a treating pond, a water passage or the like and can be manufactured without using a mold and is excellent in lightweight properties, corrosion resistance and productivity. SOLUTION: The curved cover lid is prepared by unifying the side edge of a sandwich panel, which is manufactured by laminating a surface plate made of a glass fiber-reinforced plastic each on the opening upper and lower ends of a honeycomb structure made of a glass fiber-reinforced plastic with a predetermined thickness, to a side face reinforcing material made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic.
