<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior porous elastic pavement material superior in the noise reducing effect, and maintaining sliding resistance performance in wetting over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: This porous elastic pavement material is composed of an elastic aggregate 1, a hard aggregate 2 and a binder for joining these aggregates.
