PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report appropriate information in response to a request made by either a device connected via a network, an application, or a process.

SOLUTION: A reporting process device includes a storage part for storing an application event management table in which event creation requirements are associated with trigger events; a basic event creating part for creating basic events if the event creation requirements held by a basic event management table are determined to be met according to the information inputted; an application event creating part for creating application events if the basic events match the trigger events and if the information acquired according to the basic information matches the event creation requirements associated with the trigger events; and a reporting process part that implements a process for providing reports according to the application events.
