<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract value on the basis of a demand of a customer, and to support the description of a scenario having appeal power until requirement and solution. <P>SOLUTION: A thing thought to be thankful by the customer, a thing thought to be glad, a purpose or the like is described as the customer value, and the requirement of a thing which an employee, a proprietor or the like of the customer must do, or a thing which an end user, the customer to a company of the customer must do, necessary for accomplishment of the customer value, and the solution or the like necessary for achievement of the requirement can be produced as a customer value generation scenario diagram, including causal relations.
