<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to carry out exercise with an optimal exercise scenario constantly according to the his/her profile, physical condition, target of an exercise, etc. at an optional place without being bounded by a place. <P>SOLUTION: The user has sensor units SU1 to SUn for detecting the biomedical data mounted thereon, and carries mobile communication terminals MT1 to MTn. Then, a management device CS analyzes the personal data, biomedical data and data showing the purpose of exercise of the user, prepares the exercise scenario suitable for the user based on the analyzed result, and distributes it to the mobile communication terminals to presents it to the user. The biomedical data of the user varying continuously during exercise are sent from the mobile communication terminals MT1 to MTn to the management device CS through the user terminals UT1 to UTn, and the exercise scenario is corrected based on the biomedical data of the user during the exercise and distributed to the mobile communication terminals MT1 to MTn to update the exercise scenario to present to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
