<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contrast medium removing system for efficiently removing a contrast medium which causes a renal function disorder. <P>SOLUTION: The contrast medium removing system is characterized in that it is equipped with a catheter 101 for blood sampling which can be indwelt in the coronary sinus, a column 102 for adsorbing and removing the contrast medium in the collected blood, a blood sampling circuit 103 for guiding the blood to the column, a blood sampling pump 104 for controlling the amount of blood sample, an auto-transfusion circuit 105 for auto-transfusing the blood after elimination of the contrast medium back to the patient body, and a device 106 for measuring sample blood pressure. It is possible to efficiently eliminate the contrast medium causing the renal function disorder, during implementation of PCI and preoperative inspection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
