<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the stator of a brushless motor arranged with a plurality of split cores rotatably and annularly in which sliding resistance and magnetostriction can be reduced at the rotational portion of each split core. <P>SOLUTION: A split core constituting a stator is produced by laminating first through fourth laminate members 101, 201, 301, 401 wherein arcuate recesses 107, 207, 307, 407 and arcuate protrusions 106, 206, 306, 406 provided in respective laminate members are fitted between adjacent split cores which are arranged rotatably. Rotary shaft portion of a laminate member rotating relatively based on rotation of the split core is recessed in the laminate direction, level difference surfaces 106a, 206a, 306a, 406a parallel with the plane direction of the laminate member are formed at the rotary shaft portion, and clearances 110, 210, 310, 410 are formed between the rotary shaft portions rotating relatively, i. e. in the laminate direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
