<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily perform the cleaning work of a catalyst of a parallel pipe structure used in a reaction tank 20 than before. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of tubular spaces are at least divided in two respectively in a short direction and, in a mode in which the inner walls of the respective tubular spaces are exposed in the longitudinal direction, a catalyst 25 of a parallel pipe structure is divided into a plurality of parts and the plurality of the respective catalyst parts 25b are assembled to form the catalyst 25 of the parallel pipe structure.
