PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a peeling member capable of preventing paper from adhering right after fixation for a long term, with high productivity and without varying quality, the peeling member having such a constitution that non-adhesion resin film such as fluorine resin adheres to a metal plate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a peeling member, which has a peeling sheet 1a comprising a metal plate 2 and a non-adhesion resin film 4 adhering to the metal plate, includes: a groove formation step of forming a pattern part 5 comprising a plurality of recess grooves along the longitudinal direction of the film, at a part of the surface on a paper-passing side of the non-adhesion resin film 4 before adhering to the metal plate 2; and a film adhesion step of making the non-adhesion resin film 4 obtained in the groove formation step adhere so that the pattern part 5 is positioned along the longitudinal direction of a tip part 2a on the surface on the paper-passing side of the metal plate 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
