RAIL FASTENER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fastener in which the work efficiency when laying a rail in a synthetic sleeper is not reduced and the synthetic sleeper is hard to be deteriorated even if vibrations are applied after being laid.SOLUTION: A rail fastener has: a tip part to be inserted to a prepared hole opened into a synthetic sleeper; a straight part continuously arranged in the tip part and having a screw formed in a columnar peripheral surface; a tapered part continuously arranged in the straight part and formed of a screw continued from the straight part on a truncated-cone-shaped peripheral surface; a columnar shaft part continuously arranged in the tapered part; a flange-shaped flange part continuously arranged in the shaft part; and a head part continuously arranged in the flange part and for fixing a rotating tool. A shape of the peak of the screw is formed in the isosceles shape, and a gap between the valley of the screw and the prepared hole is eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
