PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem derived from expansion due to heating of a heater by press-supporting a sheath heater with a groove constitution to be a heater storage part, and thereby prolong a service life of a sheath heater, and dispose the sheath heater without requiring special machining.SOLUTION: A sheath heater is arranged linearly in a corrugated groove so that a gap between a crest part of one of both grooves in a right-angle cross sectional direction and a crest part on the opposite side is equal to or less than a diameter of the sheath heater; and is disposed so as to contact with the corrugated crest part and trough part in a state where pressing force acts from each corrugated crest part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
