PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member hardly shifted in position when connecting both end parts and a tire formed with the rubber member.SOLUTION: A rubber member 1 is extruded to be belt-like by extrusion processing and cut into a prescribed length. An end surface formed by cutting is constituted with an inclined surface 9 inclining in a thickness direction. The inclination angle of the inclined surface 9 is varied to the width direction. It is preferable that the inclined surface 9 is set so that an inclination angle to a bottom surface is enlarged toward a tip and as a thickness dimension is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
