PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably form a glass layer on a wide paddle blade and also maintain stirring efficiency of a stirring device.SOLUTION: The stirring device 1 includes a stirring tank 2, and the glass-lined stirring blade 3. The stirring blade 3 includes a rotating shaft 4 vertically extending in the stirring tank 2, and a plurality of stages of wide paddle blades 5A, 5B arranged in an axial direction of the rotating shaft 4. The respective wide paddle blades 5A, 5B include a plurality of blade plates 21, 41 extending in the radial direction from the rotating shaft 4. The respective blade plates 21, 41 include base parts 22, 42 welded on an outer circumference surface of the rotating shaft 4, and flat plate-like paddle parts 23, 43 which are approximately rectangular, are arranged apart from the rotating shaft 4 in the radial direction, and extend to outer sides from the base parts 22, 42 in the radial direction. Heights of the respective base parts 22, 42 are shorter than heights of the corresponding paddle parts 23, 43 on inner end sides, and is 30-70% of the heights of the paddle parts 23, 43 on the inner end side. Rotation radiuses of the base parts 22, 42 are less than 25% of diameters of the corresponding paddle blades 5A, 5B. |
