PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a gun shot location to be precisely judged.SOLUTION: In Fig.1[b], it is assumed that a wireless optical receiver 103 detects laser data 1 and laser data 2 as detection of a plurality of gun shots. The wireless optical receiver 103 adds information 111 indicating a presence of communication of non-informed gun shots and informs it to a base station 102. With this arrangement as above, the base station 102 can hold an execution of judgement of gun shot with respect to informing of laser data got from the wireless optical receiver 103 other than those shown in Fig.1[b] when informing of non-informed gun shot is received and so it becomes possible to restrict excess evaluation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
