PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ReFAX (trademark registration applied for) function that sets a frame where a transmission source facsimile number is filled in at a specific position of a manuscript in facsimile communication, and reads the filled-in transmission source facsimile number to automatically dial it, and that makes it easy for the aged or disabled who back away from a computer and the Internet to place an order by mail order, and that is beneficial as auxiliary means for care by allowing the safety to be confirmed by only the reply of the lone aged, and allowing their state to be checked by time difference between regular distribution and the reply in a state in which rapid aging and decrease in the number of children sharply increase the solitary aged and make solitary death a serious problem.SOLUTION: ReFAX function must normalize a specific position in order to read numerical information filled in within a specific position frame. The read numerical information is converted into a dial signal, and after connection is confirmed, a document is automatically returned.
