QUESTION MATCHING METHOD AND SYSTEM IN INTELLIGENT INTERACTION SYSTEM

Disclosed are a question matching method and system in an intelligent interaction system. The method comprises: performing word segmentation, stop word removal and query expansion on a question asked by a user, so as to avoid the influence of small-correlation words in a complex sentence on question matching results; according to a preset index file, matching a candidate question associated with the asked question in a question and answer database, so as to reduce question matching calculation amount; then, calculating the similarity of the asked question with a question in a similar question set corresponding to the candidate question, so as to avoid the condition that same questions are not matched with questions due to a plurality of different asking methods, and improve the question matching results; and finally, according to the calculated similarity, outputting an answer corresponding to the question matched with the asked question according to a preset rule. By means of the whole scheme, the accuracy of the question matching results in the intelligent interaction system is increased.
