PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange yoke showing a small rotating diameter while restricting reduction in strength and increase in a processing cost and provide a process of manufacture of the flange yoke.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a flange yoke 1 in which a spider joint 101 for connecting a companion flange 310 with a first shaft 211 is constituted and the flange yoke is fastened by the companion flange 310 and a plurality of bolts 111. There are provided yokes 10 having installing holes 12a where a spider shaft 71 is installed and flanges 20 extending from the yokes 10 in an outward radial direction and showing a substantially polygonal outer shape as seen from an axial direction. The flanges 20 have bolt holes 22 where the bolts 111 are inserted thereinto and passing therethrough and provided with circular seat surfaces 21 around a center of each of the bolt holes 22 as seen from an axial direction and an outer edge 23 of each of the seat surfaces 21 is formed by a cold plastic processing while being crashed in an axial direction under a state in which an enlargement to be equal to or more than a prescribed outer diameter is restricted by a die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
