PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device including a first sliding portion and a first slide bearing, and a second sliding portion and a second slide bearing, and capable of preventing vibration due to frictional force and destabilization force by a liquid film even in a drying operation, a draining operation including slurry, and the like, without sacrificing abrasion resistance, quickly replacing drainage and air in the bearing device in switching from the draining operation to the drying operation or its reverse switching, having high maintainability of the slide bearing, and easily remodeling and installing an existing machine.SOLUTION: A vertical-shaft pump has a rotating member having a first sliding portion on an outer peripheral face, and a second sliding portion on an inner peripheral face, and rotatable in water and atmospheric air, a first slide bearing supporting the first sliding portion at its an inner peripheral face, a second slide bearing supporting the second sliding portion at its outer peripheral face, and a dust-proof cover for reducing inflow of foreign matters to the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
