PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge system capable of reducing burden of charging electronic money to a storage medium and charging a predetermined amount depending on a travel distance.SOLUTION: A charge system 1 includes a sever 20 and charge terminals 10. The server 20 comprises: extraction means 24 for referring to a charge amount DB 25 for storing a position relationship between a reference position indicated by reference position information and a terminal position indicated by terminal position information, in association with a charge amount of electronic money according to the position relationship, to extract the charge amount; update means 26 for generating update balance information indicating an amount obtained by adding the charge amount extracted by the extraction means 24 to the balance of electronic money indicated by the balance information received by reception means 21; and transmission means 27 for transmitting the update balance information to the charge terminal 10. Terminal control means 14 of the charge terminal 10 receives the update balance information from the server 20, and allows reading/writing means 11 to write the update balance information in an information recording medium 2. |
