PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a small-sized molded article supply device which enables supply of a small-sized molded article such as a tablet or the like to a transport device in a previously reliably dispersed state.SOLUTION: A small-sized molded article supply device has a box shape which accepts charging of a small-sized molded article from an upper part and discharges the small-sized molded article from a lower part. The device comprises: a diffusion part in which a component, which randomly diffuses the small-sized molded article by rebounding the small-sized molded article, is provided at a portion of an inside surface against which the charged small-sized molded article abuts; and a guide part which has plural parallel guide passages each of which includes a groove extending in a transport direction, and supplies the small-sized molded article discharged from the diffusion part to a transport device while guiding the small-sized molded article along the plural guide passages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
