1. A compound of Formula I, Formula II, or Formula III:or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, analog, prodrug, isomer or tautomer thereof wherein:
G1 is N or CR5; G2 is —NR8—, C═O, —C(O)—NR8—, —NR8C(O)—, or —CR6R7; wherein R6 and R7 are each independently —OR3, —NHR3, or —NR3R3′ and can be joined to form a ring; G3 is a bond, hydrogen, —C(O)—, —C(O)—NH—, —C(O)N—R8, —SO2-, —S(O)—, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, optionally substituted C4-14 aryl, or optionally substituted C1-10 heteroaryl; n is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4; R1 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 heterocycloalkyl, or halogen; R2 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-4 alkoxy, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 heterocycloalkyl, halogen, hydroxy, or amino; R3 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-4 alkoxy, C1-9 amide, C1-5 oxycarbonyl, cyano, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C4-14 aryl, optionally substituted C1-10 heteroaryl, or halogen; R8 is -(G3)n-R4, optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, optionally substituted C4-14 aryl, or optionally substituted C1-10 heteroaryl; R4 is optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, optionally substituted C4-14 aryl, or optionally substituted C1-10 heteroaryl; wherein R4 and R8 can be joined to form a ring; and R6 and R7 are each independently —OR3, —NHR3, —NR3R3′, hydrogen, halo, optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, or optionally substituted C3-8 heterocycloalkyl; wherein R6 and R7 can be joined to form a ring. |
