An in-cell touch screen and display device. A touch electrode disposed in the touch screen is provided with a slit (04) at an area corresponding to a gap between two adjacent pixels (02), and the slits (04) of each of the touch electrodes (03) and the gaps (06) between the touch electrodes (03) are uniformly distributed over the entire in-cell touch screen, thus preventing faults such as bright or dark lines in the in-cell touch screen. Additionally, further disposed in the touch screen are strip-shaped floating electrodes (05) electrically connected to the touch electrodes (03), the strip-shaped floating electrodes (05) being disposed at the slits (04) of each of the touch electrodes (03) and/or at the gaps (06) between the two adjacent touch electrodes (03). By employing the strip-shaped floating electrode (05) to partly fill or cover the slit (04) of the touch electrodes (03), the problem of the reduction of effective area of the touch electrodes (03) caused by the slit (4) disposed in each of the touch electrodes (03) is alleviated. |
