An ultraviolet ray illumination apparatus for an organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent a hardening characteristic of central products from being deteriorated by unifying an ultraviolet ray equality on a substrate in a hardening process according to an ultraviolet illumination. An ultraviolet ray illumination apparatus for an organic light emitting display device includes a chamber(110), an ultraviolet generating unit(120), at least two supporting plates(130), and a supporting frame(150). The chamber(110) performs a combining process of a sealed substrate and a device substrate having an organic light emitting element. The ultra violet generating unit(120) is installed on an outer part of the chamber(110). At least two transparent material supporting plates(130) support the device substrate and the sealed substrate. The supporting frame(150) is installed to support the supporting plate. A transparent frame of a transparent material which is the same as the supporting plate(130), is installed on an upper part of the supporting frame(150). |
